Born in Brighton, MA, a daughter of the late Benjamin and Ethel (Herman) Neudel, she lived in Warwick, Rhode Island for 10 years, before moving to Kent Regency in 2024. She held a degree in Stenotyping and was a court stenographer for Mass State who was often asked to stenotype for the Alcohol Commission by the Attorney General in the 1970’s. Born in Providence, Phyllis was a daughter of the late Maurice and Celia (Mills) Fleisig, she had lived in Providence for most of her life prior to moving to Johnston in 2022.
