Kaplan, Lloyd S., 93, died Saturday, September 5, 2026 at Kent Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Sheila (Berger) Kaplan for 66 years. Born in Fall River, MA, a son of the late Abraham and Tillie (Siegel) Kaplan, he had lived in Warwick since 2009, previously living in Providence. He was a music teacher and professor at numerous schools, including Hugh B. Bain Jr. High School, Scituate Jr. & Sr. High Schools, Brown University Extension School, CCRI, Coastal Carolina University, Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, and University of RI. He never fully retired. Lloyd was a Korean Conflict Army veteran. Cranston Joyce Sandra Singer Lee, 72, entered her eternal life and rest, peacefully at Hope Health Hulitar Hospice Center on September 5 after a courageous and inspiring 2.5 year battle with glioblastoma. Married in 1978, she is privileged to call herself the fortunate wife of her late husband Terrence E. Lee (deceased in 2025). They built a beautiful life together, filled many travel adventures, good friends and family times. The highlight of which has to be the amazing family vacation we all were blessed to share.
