Phyllis Williams, 93, wife of the late James and daughter of the late Sonia and Abraham Labush, passed away peacefully at Kent Hospital. She is survived by her sister, Rhoda Broomfield of Warwick, Leonard Labush, his wife Glenda, of Florida, and Lee Torti of California, as well as several nieces and nephews. Born in Providence, she graduated from Hope High School in 1951 and worked for the City of Providence for 25 years. Jim and Phyllis moved to Connecticut where the family gathered for many holidays in her lovely home. Phyllis was a generous and caring person contributing to many charities in her lifetime. She will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved her. She spent her last days at Tamerisk Assisted Living and St. Elizabeth where she got the best of care. The Family wishes to thank all who worked on these teams to keep her safe and comfortable.

Services will be held on Tuesday, October 13 at 11:00 a.m. in Lincoln Park Cemetery, 1469 Post Road, Warwick, RI 02888. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to any charity of your choice. Shiva is private.
