Born in Brooklyn, NY, a daughter of the late Irving and Freida (Dolisky) Kahn, she had lived in Warwick for 64 years. She was an adjudicator for the Department of Labor & Training for the State of RI. Rhoda was a founding member of Temple Am David, a member of its Sisterhood, and a member of Hadassah.
