Dansicker, Eric, 77, died on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at Hope Health Hospice in Providence. He was the loving husband of the late Anne-Marie for 40 years, leaving two children, and two siblings. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Irvine and Hannah (Schilansky) Dansicker. Eric was a proud Warwick resident for over 35 years and proudly served as an Engineering Salesman for over 40 years in multiple states. His bachelor’s degree in mathematics was used throughout his life and enjoyed tutoring and teaching, the whiteboard in his office was well loved.
Wherever he was, Eric provided a quiet, steady presence and invisible foundation for those around him, and while Eric was dedicated in his work, he was man of deep convictions, who never hesitated to put his family before himself.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Sinai Memorial Park, 100 Harrison Avenue, Warwick, RI 02888. The house at 81 Dahlia Street will be available for visiting mourners from 5 to 8 PM on March 11, 12, 15, and 16. In lieu of flowers, please place contributions towards supporting those suffering from Parkinson’s, such as the Rhode Island APDA Chapter or Parkinson’s Foundation New England.
