Gilstein, Adam
Adam Gilstein, 54, of Warwick, died on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center. He was the beloved son of Suzanne (Bograd) Gilstein and Alan Gilstein who predeceased him.
Adam graduated from The Winchendon School. He was a Buyer and Inventory Manager for Summit Medical Compassion Center. Adam had a passion for helping people managing medical conditions with medical cannabis and was highly sought after for his expertise and compassion. Adam had many friends throughout his lifetime who loved his sense of humor, love of football and gatherings with him at his home. His family is particularly grateful to his childhood friend Tim Hughes who cared for and supported him throughout his illness.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister Debbi Jaffe and her husband Jordan of Barrington, RI; he was the loving uncle of Jacob and Alan Jaffe. He is also predeceased by his grandparents Benjamin and Lillian (Krakowsky) Gilstein and Bernard and Goldie (Flint) Bograd.
A private funeral was held on Tuesday, November 22. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be sent to The Miriam Hospital Emergency Staff Support Fund, The Miriam Hospital Foundation, Box H, Providence, RI 02901.
