Diner, Neil M., 52, of Warwick, died Sunday, May 31, 2015, at Cherry Hill Manor in Johnston, after a courageous battle with Parkinson’s Disease. Born in Providence, a son of Robert Diner of Warwick and the late Blanche (Pauline) Diner. He had lived in Warwick for 9 years. Neil was on the Board of Directors of the Providence Hebrew Free Loan Association. Dear brother of Michael Diner of Warwick, Susan Harris of Johnston, Robert Ponte of Ocala, FL, James Ponte of Chepachet, Richard Ponte of Arden, NC and the late John Ponte and Donna Howcroft. Loving uncle of many nieces and nephews. Best friend to his dog, Teddy. Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in LINCOLN PARK CEMETERY, 1469 Post Rd., Warwick. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the National Parkinson Foundation, Inc., 200 S.E. 1st St., Suite 800, Miami, FL 33131. Shiva will be private.

    To the entire Diner and extended family: I am so sorry for all of you. Neil was remarkably strong and brave throughout his entire ordeal. He truly is someone who will not be forgotten. I will pray for his soul and for all of you. Teddy will miss him; please just give him kisses and love! I will always love Neil.
