Roberta Loebenberg

Loebenberg, Roberta (Barron), 98, passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center. She was born in Boston, MA to Ann (Sheppy) Barron and Hiram Barron.  Roberta was an avid and celebrated knitter, knitting a good portion of her wardrobe over the years. She was a long-time member of both Temple Beth-El and Ledgemont Country Club. Roberta was an active volunteer for the Miriam Hospital Women’s Association, where she served as Secretary, Temple Beth-El’s Sisterhood, and the National Council of Jewish Women.  Roberta is preceded in death by her dear husband, Dr. Stanley T. Stella Pollock

Pollock, Stella, 95, of Steere House, Providence, died Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Steere House. She was the beloved wife of the late Reuben Pollock. Born in Brooklyn, NY, a daughter of the late Jacob and Anna (Kleid) Reitman, she had lived in Warwick for over 25 years, previously living in Cranston, before moving to Providence 6 years ago. Stella was a life member of Hadassah, past member of Temple Torat Yisrael, and member of the National Council of Jewish Women. Richard Paul Seidel

Seidel, Richard Paul, 73, of Nooseneck Hill Road, Exeter, died Sunday, April 10, 2016 at home. A lifelong resident of Providence, he was born the son of (the late) Abraham and Frances (Sarenson) Seidel. Dear brother of the late Marilyn Destefano.  Cherished uncle of Marsha Kandzerski, who took excellent care of him during his illness. Mildred “Milly” Bander

Bander, Mildred “Milly,” 86, of Minnesota Ave., died Monday, April 4, 2016 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center.  She was the beloved wife of Sydney Bander for 65 years.  Born in Fall River, MA, a daughter of the late Samuel and Lena (Wishnefsky) Servita, she had lived in Florida for 16 years, previously living in West Warwick.  She was the owner of the former Mildred Bander Surveys, retiring in 2001.  Milly was a member and past president of ORT, a life member of Hadassah, and former member of Temple Sinai.  Devoted mother of Scott Bander and his wife, Susan, and Howard Bander, all of Warwick.  Dear sister of Alvin Servita of Coral Springs, FL and the late Charlotte Litchman.  Loving grandmother of Adam and his wife, Yudy, and Gregory.  Funeral services...
