Jackie was born in Providence, RI to the late Clotilde (Zambarano) Jackvony and former Attorney General of Rhode Island Louis V. Jackvony Sr. on July 17th, 1923. Jacqueline attended Marot Junior College in Thompson, CT and Pine Manor College in Wellesley, MA.
