Warwick Brooklyn, Edwin, 99, died Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Greenwich Farms in Warwick. He was the beloved husband of the late Carol R. Brooklyn for 65 years. Born in Passaic, New Jersey, he was a son of the late Abe Brooklyn and Alice (Zacharewitz) Brooklyn Trilling, he was a state spelling bee champion who proudly represented his elementary school in the state finals. Edwin was a trombone player with the Passaic-Bergen Symphony Orchestra and had his own dance band in Passaic in the 1940’s. He was also a former Rutgers University ASTP US.
