Miller, Charlotte E., 89, died July 15, 2014 in Sun City West, AZ.  She was the beloved wife of the late Dr. Samuel Miller. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Henry and Fannie (Litchman) Kouffman, she had lived in Sun City West, AZ for 2 years, previously living in Denver, CO for 15 years, and RI prior to that.  Charlotte was devoted to family and loved to travel.  Devoted mother of Hillary Handwerger and her husband, Kenneth, of Ann Arbor, MI, Wendy Ettinger and her husband, Yisrael, of Jerusalem, Israel, Trudy Farrell and her husband, Morris, of Scottsdale, AZ, Laurie Lerner and her husband, David, of Cheyenne, WY, Ronnie Buchanan and her husband, Jim Logic, of Glendale, AZ, and Jeffrey Miller and his wife, Melanie, of Attleboro, MA.  Dear sister of Maurice Kouffman of East Hampton, NY and the late Abraham, Albert, Samuel, Ruthie, Marion, Daniel, Joseph, and Leo Kouffman, and Norma Packer.  Loving grandmother of 12,  cherished great-grandmother of 30.  Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:00 p.m. in SHALOM MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1100 New London Ave., Cranston.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to her grandson’s yeshiva, Mesivta Kesser Yisroel, 240 Woodward Ave., Staten Island, NY 10314.  Shiva will be observed at 2 Thirteenth St., Unit 5, Attleboro, MA, Thursday 5-7 p.m.
