To Ellen and Seth and your families, I am so very sorry for your loss. I hope your happy memories will help you through this difficult time.
Larry was a wonderful brother-in-law. Full of life and always willing to lend a hand. He loved his family, especially the kids. His jokes were often stale but that’s what made him so lovable. When he first learned he had cancer. he approached it head-on. Never worried about himself, Larry always made sure those around him were okay. Larry and I always had a running joke where he thanked me “for my service,” knowing that I was a veteran. I in turn would thank him “for his service”, knowing that he was once a chemistry teacher. To know Larry was special. He always shared a bit of trivia during our conversations. I often asked him where he came up with some of the stuff he shared. He would smirk and go onto a new topic. I’m going to miss him because he was special. He was a good husband to my sister Ellen, a good father, a wonderful grandfather, a good brother-in-law, and a great friend. God bless you Larry Kahn. Heaven is one soul richer because of him. Larry, “thank you for your service!” We love you… Fred & Lynne
