Mandell, Sarah, 88, passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. She was the beloved wife of her surviving husband of 68 years, Leonard Mandell of Providence.

Born in Providence, RI, a daughter of the late Israel and Gertrude Lovitt, Sarah and her husband were avid travelers. She also enjoyed baking and gardening.

Devoted mother of Jane Mandell of Warwick and the late Lynn Mandell Sady. Dear sister of the late Bella Meone, Elsie Camp, and Frances Starr. Loving grandmother of Evan Wallick, Rebecca Sady, and Joshua Sady.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the Priest Chapel at Lincoln Park Cemetery, 1469 Post Road, Warwick, RI 02888. Shiva will be observed in private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 245 Waterman St., Suite #306, Providence, RI 02906.
