Reider, Larisa, 82, of Bethany Home, died Monday, December 2, 2013, at the Home. She was the beloved wife of Robert Reider of Cranston. Born in Odessa, Ukraine, a daughter of the late David and Maria (Murachver) Kleyman, she had lived in Cranston for 21 years before moving to Providence. Larisa was a physician in the former Soviet Union. In the United States, she was a head nurse at the former Jewish Home for the Aged in Providence for 8 years, retiring in 1986. She was a member of Temple Beth-El. Devoted mother of Igor Reider and his wife Sylvie of Angers, France and the late Irena Goldgaber. Dear mother-in-law of Sergey Goldgaber of Providence. Adored sister of Yury Kleyman of Pawtucket. Loving grandmother of Faena, Debbie and David. Cherished great grandmother of Isabelle. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in SHALOM MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1100 New London Ave., Cranston. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Bethany Home, 111 South Angel St., Providence, RI 02906. Shiva will be private.
