Klein, Rose

Klein, Rose, 90, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2022, at The Beach House in Wesley Chapel, Florida. She was the beloved wife of the late Walter Seymour Klein for forty-four years. Born in the Bronx, Rose was the daughter of the late Max and Gertrude (Hillman) Levitt.

Throughout her life, Rose was a strong advocate of human right and voters rights, she fought persistently on behalf of the voiceless. Rose was the owner of Personnel Communications an organization she founded along with Cynthia Migdol.  Together they wrote corporate newsletters for many prominent manufacturing companies as an effective tool for Management to communicated with their employees.

Rose and Walter both grew up in the Bronx, New York and married in March 1953, they moved to Leominster, MA in November of 1964 and stayed there for over thirty years. After her children, Aimee graduated from Boston University and Gary from the University of Miami they both settle in their respective cities to purse their profession.

Rose and Walter decided in 1994 to retire together and move to Palm City, Florida. They were able to spend several years together in retirement before Walter’s passing on December 1997.

Rose was the loving mother of Aimee Klein of Tampa, FL., Gary and his wife, Sherri Klein of Cranston and the loving Grandmother of Joshua Klein of West Palm Beach, Florida and Jared and Tyler Klein of Westin, Florida.   Rose is predeceased by her beloved sister and brother-in-law, Saundra and Martin Singer of Hauppauge, New York.

She was the loving Aunt Rose to Steven and Debbie Finette of Frederick, Maryland, Debbie and Lenny Samela of Delray Beach, Florida, Barry and Sharon Finette of Burlington, Vermont, Eric and Donna Singer of Holbrook, New York and Scott and Kathy Singer of Huntington Bay, New York.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. at Lincoln Park Cemetery, Warwick, Rhode Island. Shiva will be observed at the home of Gary and Sherri Klein on Wednesday and Thursday, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers and considering recent events, please consider continuing her work by making contributions in her name to: Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Inc., P.O.     We are saddened by the recent passing of Aunt Rose and will miss her vibrant presence, her strength and her good heart.
    Thankfully we have many cherished memories of her and Uncle Wally that will continue to keep them close to us.

    Rose was like a 2nd mom to me. A feisty and remarkable woman, she was a tremendous contribution. She will be missed dearly.
