Berson, David, 98, of Pine St., died Thursday, August 8,2013, at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center. He was the beloved husband of Shirley(Norman) Berson for 59 years. Born in Providence, a son of the late Philip andEsther (Rosenfeld) Berson, he had lived in Seekonk for 51 years. David was acattle dealer for most of his life and the owner of Berson Farms for over 70years. Devoted father of Philip Berson of Calabasas, CA, Denise Berson ofSeekonk and Esther Dinerman and her husband Steven of Cranston. Dear brother ofthe late Julia and Sarah Berson. Loving grandfather of Steven, Brian, Rebecca,Jacob and Ariana. Cherished great grandfather of Eden and Cooper. Funeralservices will be held Sunday at 10:30 a.m. in SHALOM MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1100 NewLondon Ave., Cranston. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may bemade to Temple Am David. Shiva will be observed at the home of Esther andSteven Dinerman, 22 West Hamden Rd., Sunday 7-9, Monday and Tuesday 2-4 &7-9p.m.
