Howard was a fine, intelligent and kind man. He truly loved his wife and family and everyone who knew Howard will miss greatly. In 2002 he was the judge who finalized the adoption of our daughter Analeah so warmly. May he forever Rest In Peace under the shelter of G-D’S wings. Joel, Analeah, and Cathy.
