Kapustin, Semion, 51, died Saturday, December 28, 2019, at RI Hospital, Providence. He was the beloved husband of Alla (Otman) Kapustin for 30 years. Born in Gomel, Belarus, a son of the late Lev and Bella Kapustin, he had lived in RI since 2000, previously living in Israel and Belarus. He was an auto mechanic and truck driver until his retirement. Devoted father of Alina and Daniel Kapustin, both of Providence. Dear brother of Nelli Gulbit and Boris Kapustin, both of Israel. Funeral services will be held MONDAY at 2:00 p.m. in SHALOM MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1100 New London Ave., Cranston.
