A wonderful lovely lady that I shared Passover dinners with Myron, Merrill and Grandmother Winoker in Warwick, R.I.
Sophie touched our hearts with her devotion to Chabad of Westbay and rabbiWarwick.com. Her son Merrill Winoker was always devoted and outspoken of the familie’s love for Hasham.
Never to curb her enthusiasm for her family and Jewish causes she remains a dominant force in the Jewish community.

Winoker Family, I am fortunate to know Myron and Sophie and Sandy and Merrill and the Winoker Family. Myron and Sophie are a lasting memory of true love. Their kindness to me, a stranger in Rhode Island, is a reminder of what good people can do. Mrs. Winoker survived many travails and her stories will always be remembered, how her brother saved her, how she missed her husband, how she loved her sons. Your Friend David Altman
