My deepest sympathy to Fran’ children, grandchildren and extended family on her passing.

I worked with Fran at the PSD and we also lived next door to each other on Fox Ridge Crescent. While I was in Florida Fran went to an assisted living facility and I lost track of her. I always wondered if she was still living.

She gave the gift of laughter and dried her share of tears.
She left her mark on many lucky lives throughout the years.
She spread a lot of love around, she shed a world of light,
And in the memories she left, her spirit still shines bright

Rest in Peace, Fran. I will never forget you.
