Kaplan, Rachel “Ellen”, 68, of Sparrow Point, died Monday, January 30, 2017 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Joseph and Blanche (French) Greenless, she was a longtime resident of Warwick. Ellen was an active member of Temple Sinai and its Sisterhood, serving as a past president, as well as teaching Sunday and Hebrew Schools. Devoted mother of Michelle Fallon and her husband, Michael, of Exeter and Erin Miskimins and her husband, Kevin, of Cape Coral, FL. Dear sister of Joseph “Jay” Greenless and his wife, MJ, James Greenless and his wife, Laurie, and Alice Rogers and her late husband, Richard. Loving grandmother of Kelsey and Kendall. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in SHALOM MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1100 New London Ave., Cranston. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Temple Sinai, 30 Hagen Ave., Cranston, RI 02920. Shiva will be private.
Ellen, I already miss you too much. I am so sorry you had all that pain. You daily candle will still go on every day as long as I am able. Thank you so much for your friendship and our times together.

Very sorry to hear that Ellen has passed away. Hopefully many happy memories will help you through this difficult time. If I weren’t in Florida, I certainly would deliver my sympathies to you in person.
Auntie Ellen i miss you and I am happy of time we just spent together. I know you are now out of pain and with the angels. I love you auntie. I couldnt have asked for a better godmother.
