Edith E. Grant

Grant, Edith E., 93, of Riverdale, NY, previously of Cranston, died peacefully, Sunday, 12/25/16, at the Atria of Riverdale.Born in New York City, a daughter the late Isidore and Sonia ( Kittas) Engelson, she was a 50-year resident of of Cranston. She was predeceased by her husband of 64 years, Harold, and her son, Donald. She is survived by her son, Michael, daughter-in-law, Joan, and grandchildren, Steven and Allison.
Funeral services will be held at Temple Sinai, 30 Hagen Ave., Cranston at 11am, Wednesday December 28th. Burial will follow at Sinai Memorial Park in Warwick. Shiva will take place in the Library at Temple Sinai 2-4 pm that afternoon.  Donations in Edith’s memory may be made to the Donald R. Grant Library Fund at Temple Sinai in Cranston, RI.
