DATELINE: Providence Kerzner, Dr. Marvin S., a lifelong Providence resident, was an internist for 50 years with a large practice on the East Side of Providence. He was the founder of the Summit Medical Center, Pavilion and Highland Court, a life care community, as well as the Summit Medical Office Building. Dr.Kerzner, 83, died in Boston on Thursday surrounded by his loving family. He earned a BS from Boston University and an MS in Physical Chemistry from Tufts University.
