I want to pass on my personal condolences as a fellow Board Member of Touro Fraternal Association and as President of the Providence Hebrew Free Loan Association, condolences on behalf of our entire Board and Members. Art was an erudite leader and anybody who served on a Board with him gained invaluable institutional knowledge from him. Zichronam Livrecha. May his memory be for a blessing.

As a past member of the Board of Directors of Touro Fraternal Association I remember well the passion that Arthur had to make Touro the great Association that it is today. He always had a wealth of information but had a great art of also listening to ideas that were passed around the table. He was a great person and also a great family man and will be missed by many. He will go down as one of the truly outstanding leaders of Touro Fraternal Association.
    Rest in peace Brother Art.
