DATELINE: Warwick Greene, Goldie, 101, died Monday, March 9, 2020 at HopeHealth Hospice in Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Samuel N. Greene. Born in New York City, a daughter of the late Beryl and Bassia (Rappaport) Miller, she had lived in Warwick for over 30 years, previously living in Cranston. Goldie was a life member of Hadassah and a member of ORT, Cranston Senior Guild, Temple Sinai, and a former member of Temple Torat Yisrael. Devoted mother of David Greene and his wife, Martha, of Warren, NJ, Ed Greene and his wife, Marlene, of Cranston, and Henry Greene of Windsor, CT and Henry’s late wife, Suzie. Seymour Ladd

DATELINE: Cranston Ladd, Seymour, 91, died Saturday, March 7, 2020 at home. He was the beloved husband of Shirley (Goffin) Ladd for 66 years. Born in Providence, a son of the late Meyer and Sarah (Sharpstein) Ladd, he had lived in Cranston for 58 years, previously living in Providence. He was the owner/operator of the former Ladd’s Music, retiring over 15 years ago. Seymour was a member of Touro Fraternal Association and was a talented clarinetist. Devoted father of Steven Ladd and his wife, Judy Durant, of Meriden, NH, Robert Ladd and his wife, Sharon, of Raleigh, NC, and Donna Waxler and her husband, Daniel, of Farmington, CT.
