She loved her family and friends and always made time for both! We feel so blessed to have had her as our neighbor for many terrific years! Helene and our son Tyler shared a birthdate. There are no words to adequately express the deep sorrow I feel on the passing of my dear long time neighbor. Helene was a wonderful lady, always smiling, welcoming and gracious. She was very proud of her family, and the love she felt for all of you was so very evident. Jordie, Rick & Karen, Robin, Tom & Judi, Jamie, Alexandra, Ilan, Jessica, Briana, and Arnie, may you find peace knowing you were all deeply loved.

Jordy, I am so sorry to hear of Helene’s passing. My thoughts go out to you and your family as I can imagine this is such a difficult time for all of you. I enjoyed seeing the two of you on Narragansett Town Beach. You had the kind of relationship that was similar to my mom and dad. That easy, comfortable companionship that was so admirable. That kind of true love is so rare, yet it is what makes this loss so much harder for the person left behind. I know Helene was your world. May she now look over you and your family and take care of you from above. God bless you.

My memories go back many years – Helene and Jordan coming to North High to drop inand make themselves known. I was a guidance counselor for all 3 children and had the blessing of staying friends with the Liner family – Judi and Karen as well!
A remarkably close family who welcomed me into their family and my family into theirs. A blessing to know Helene and her gentle soul. Rest In Peace! With love and affection!

Losing someone is never easy, especially when that someone was so special. We were blessed to have her as our neighbor. I will always remember her sweet smile and how thoughtful she was every Christmas leaving us chocolates in our mailbox. It’s the little things that stay in your heart forever. Cherish all your beautiful memories of Helene and hopefully they will help you through this sad time. Remember she will always be with you.

We just found out today that Helene had passed away. Our condolences to the entire Liner and Blasbalg families. To Jordan, may you soon find peace and joy in the memories of the years spent together. To Rick, Robin, Tom, your spouses and grandchildren, we are so very sorry for your loss!

I had the pleasure meeting Helene when she interviewed me for a position with her company Liner Personnel. She was so professional, warm, friendly and I admired her right away. She recommended that I interview with Jordan’s company. During the years I was employed with Jordan’s company, I got to know the Liner family. It was special to witness the special bond the Liners had with one another (and great danes!). Family was so important to Helene. Even though we lived in different states, I would think of Helene and Jordan often. My husband and I were fortunate to reconnect with Helene and Jordan in January and they were just as wonderful, warm and caring as we had remembered. It was not surprising to hear that their children and their families lived nearby. Helene was glowing as she described how much she enjoyed seeing her grandchildren almost every day and attended all of their activities. It was clear how very proud Helene was of all of you. She was a very special lady, thoughtful, beautiful and there’s no doubt she will be missed by many. Thinking of you all, sending love and hugs! Donna and Matt Hagens
