Patricia Louise Zacks, 80, died peacefully at home in Providence on Sunday, January 25, 2026. She was the beloved wife of Michael Zacks and the devoted mother of Tamatha Carbone, of Ft. Lauderdale. Services and Shiva will be held in private. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Patricia’s memory to a charity of your choice.
