Rubinoff, Charlotte
In loving memory of Charlotte Gail Rubinoff
Charlotte passed away peacefully on September 10, 2024 with her loving family close by. She was 78 years old.
Born in Providence, Rhode Island, Charlotte was the beloved daughter of Samuel and Dorothy Nulman. She grew up with her loving brother, Leonard (Lenny) Nulman, and her identical twin sister Elizabeth (Liz) Cohn. She was a devoted mother to her daughter, Pamela Ramsbott and son-in-law, Stefan Ramsbott. She was also a devoted and loving Bubbe to her granddaughters Sadie and Lena Ramsbott, who remember her as a source of support and encouragement.
Charlotte was known for her positive spirit and easy going personality. Over the years, she connected often with her community of neighborhood friends, and she enjoyed shopping and dining with her sister Liz where they were often asked about being an identical twin. She got such great joy from these interactions and always loved to share a story. In her earlier years, Charlotte was an avid knitter and made beautiful sweaters and afghans that we still cherish today. She also enjoyed playing Mahjong with her sister and her Arizona community of friends.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and Stefan Ramsbott, her granddaughters, Sadie and Lena Ramsbott, her sister, Elizabeth Cohn, sister-in-law, Cindy Nulman, and many beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside funeral services will be held at Lincoln Park Cemetery, 1469 Post Rd., Warwick, on Friday, September 13, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. Shiva will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation or the Arthritis Foundation in her name.
May her memory be a blessing.

Charlotte your mom and Stefan, and grandma loved you so much. We met each other many years ago. We celebrated holidays especially Jewish holidays together. Our memories will never be forgotten. May mom and grandma rest in peace.
I had the privilege of getting to know Charlotte as an Arizona neighbor. Unfortunately it was for a very short time, I will miss seeing her at Wednesday breakfast. My deepest sympathies to you and your family, and an extra long hug for Liz in January.
