What a great lady, a real mensch. Clearly she was misnamed at birth however. “Hope” had nothing to do with it. Mrs. Borish made certain that all her kids accomplished their dreams. There was no “hope” involved. She may has well have been named “Willpower” or Earnestness”. May her memory be a blessing to all the Borishes and her entire mishpachah.

I met Hope in a grief support group after she lost her beloved Philip and I lost my dear sister Anne. She was a good person to talk to, and we kept in touch by phone after the group concluded. We had a nice conversation just before Pesach, and we planned to talk again after the holiday.

May all of her family and friends find comfort in their memories.
