Gordon, Mark

Bloomfield, CT

Emmy award winner Mark Gordon, 71, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday, August 10, 2023, surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Deborah (White) Gordon and devoted father of Joshua Gordon, of Bloomfield, CT, and Noah Gordon, and his wife Dana Finkle, of Fairfield, CT.

He also cared deeply for the family’s late turtle.

He was the dear brother of Wayne Gordon, and Cheryl & her husband Paul Needleman. He was a dedicated uncle to over ten nieces and nephews, and he was a great friend to all.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 13, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. in the Priest Chapel, Lincoln Park Cemetery, 1469 Post Road, Warwick, RI 02888. Dear Debbie and Family,
I check in here on Facebook a couple of times a week. I am truly saddened by your great loss. Mark was a wonderful classmate and friend in all our public schools, from kindergarten to high school. I was also friendly with Wayne, my condolences to you too, and Cheryl their sweet sister. I will cherish his memory. He was a very cool guy and original, to boot. So sorry he’s not with us any more.
