Zikhrono livrakha. Joel was a great person and will be very much missed.
My deepest sympathy to Joel’s family and friends. I count myself fortunate to have worked with him. He was a trusted and knowledgable advisor with an excellent sense of humor and a calm and steady approach in often difficult situations. It was privilege to know him.
My heart pours out for Joel’s family in this most difficult of time. Joel was a real gem of a person, with a kind word, a smile, and helping hand. Ever since I worked with Joel in our private practice years and then throughout our careers with the Navy OGC, Joel has always held a special place in my heart. Shana, Eli, and Leo, you will remain in my prayers for God’s graces and peace upon each you. Joel was a righteous and good spirited man, filled with love for his family and friends, and now is with God. May Joel rest in peace.
Shana and family,
