Norman, Anita, 91, of Tamarisk Residence, died Saturday, December 14, 2013, at Elmhurst Extended Care Facility, Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Elias Norman. Born in Holden, MA, a daughter of the late Samuel and Ruth (Farber) Reisher, she had lived in White Plains, NY, before moving to Warwick. She was a member of Temple Beth-El and was active in Temple Sinai’s senior group. Devoted mother of Barbara R. Kahn and her husband Douglas Counts. Loving grandmother of Zack and his wife, Sarah, and Ilana and her husband, Tyler. Cherished great grandmother of Elijah and Arna. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. in Cedar Park Cemetery, 735 Forest Ave., Paramus, NJ. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Jewish Seniors Agency, 100 Niantic Ave., Providence, RI 02907. Shiva will be observed at the home of Barbara R. Kahn, Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.
