Ruth R. Rogol

Rogol, Ruth R., 100, died Friday, December 11, 2020 at Roberts Health Center, North Kingstown, RI. She was the beloved wife of the late Ralph Rogol. Born in Dorchester, MA, a daughter of the late Morris and Nettie (Fliegelman) Ruden, she had lived in North Kingstown, previously living at Laurelmead in Providence for 15 years, Delray Beach for 17 years, and prior to that, Scituate, MA.
Ruth was a member of Temple Beth Shalom and its Sisterhood in Hull, MA and Hadassah. She enjoyed cooking and entertaining with her husband, playing Mahjong and bridge and was very involved in her condo community while in Florida. Her greatest pleasure was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Devoted mother of Dr. Alan Rogol (Diane) of North Falmouth, MA and Dr. Neal Rogol (Arlene) of Narragansett. Loving grandmother of Michael (Susan), Robert (Kate), Mark (Karen), Joshua (Michelle), and Abby (Adam). Cherished great grandmother of Myer, Brooks, Olivia, Henry and Dylan.
Funeral services and Shiva will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Congregation Beth David, PO Box 3299, Narragansett, RI 02882.
Graveside services will be live streamed via Zoom on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.

Dear Alan and Neal, We are your mother’s cousins , related to the Fliegelman clan. We have very fond and heart warming memories of her . How wonderful that she lived a long life. I hope it provided her with good times. She must have retained her inner strength and good spirits. If you remember “the cousins club, we were there!
