Glatt, Evelyn C., 89, died Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Miriam Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Irving Glatt. Born at sea, a daughter of the late Solomon and Rose Fischer, she was a lifelong Cranston resident. Evelyn was a former member of the Cranston Senior Guild as well as ORT. She was a talented cook and baker – especially remembered for her cheesecakes. Awesome Mother of Risé Siegel and her husband, Harlan, of Farmington Hills, MI and the late Phillip Glatt. Dear sister of the late Harold Fischer. Devoted grandmother of Corey and Kaley. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:00 p.m. in LINCOLN PARK CEMETERY in the Priest Chapel, 1469 Post Rd. Warwick. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the charity of your choice.  Shiva will be observed at 38 Baldino Dr., Cranston, Monday and Tuesday 7-9 p.m.
