Robinson, Harold, 91, died Thursday, January 12, 2017. He was the beloved husband of the late Norma (Goldis) Robinson. Born in Providence, a son of the late Ira and Celia (Hassen) Robinson, he was a Warwick resident since 1954. He was the owner of H&J Supply in East Greenwich, retiring in 2004. Harold was a WWII Navy veteran, serving in the Pacific Theatre. He was a member of the former Temple Beth Am. Devoted father of Lisa Dowd and her husband, Patrick, of Durham, NC, Jill Robinson of Warwick, and Jody Robinson of Narragansett. Dear brother of Mildred Field of Sarasota, FL and the late Albert Robinson. Loving grandfather of Mark, Shannon, Ryan, Zach, Sarah, Samira, Sajad, and the late Hedy. Cherished great-grandfather of Ry, Celia, Wolfie, Jack, Lilah, Elias, and Katherine. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 10:00 a.m. in SHALOM MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1100 New London Ave., Cranston. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the charity of your choice. Shiva will be Private.

It was a privilege and an honor knowing such an incredible gentleman. I was his visiting nurse and also a friend. We had many many Insightful discussions and so many stories. He loved his children so very very much and spoke so much about Mark and Sara His grandchildren he loved life and people were drawn him. I will miss him dearly and know that he’s resting in peace my prayers are with Lisa Jill and Jody. Respectfully gailcuddy
