    Dear Jim,
My husband and I are in Italy, as my columns may have told you, and it is here that we are reading the sad news of your loss of your brother. I regret not being able to deliver these condolences in person, but please know that my sympathy to you and your lovely wife is sincere– even from this distance. Take care of yourselves until I see you again.
