Willow Spring, NC Larry Kahn, a longtime resident of Rhode Island, passed away after an extended illness on Sunday, January 11, 2026. Larry was the beloved husband of the late Susan Sandler Kahn and Ellen Peterson Kahn for the past 22 years. He was the son of the late Melvin and Mae Kahn. He was a graduate of Rhode Island College. He spent a rewarding career teaching in the Smithfield public schools. He also served as Master of Lodge for the former Roosevelt Masonic Lodge # 42. Larry was an avid reader, enjoyed traveling, and most of all spending time with his wife Ellen and family.
