Providence Alan D Brier, 87, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024, at the Hope Health Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence. He was the loving husband of Evelyn (Fessel) Brier for 62 joyous years. Born in Providence to the late Max and Reba (Kaufman) Brier, Alan was the brother of the late Arnold Brier and Bill Brier. Alan graduated from Classical High School in 1955 and from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business in 1959. Beverly (Fisher) Levin, died at Hope Hospice in Providence, RI on December 7, 2024. Beverly was born May 7, 1935, in Boston, a daughter of the late Joseph Fisher and Beatrice (Kupferman) Fisher. She was married to the late Dr. Henry Levin of Providence, RI. Beverly was a gifted artist as well as scientist. In high school, she was offered a scholarship to the Boston Museum School and had won several science awards. Beverly had to decline the scholarship to help support her family and took a job as a lab assistant at Tufts School of Dental Medicine, where she met Henry.
