Mayer, Jamie D., 19, of 56 Remington Farm Dr., died Saturday, April 20, 2013 at UMass Memorial Medical Center. A 2012 honors graduate of Coventry High School, Jamie studied as a freshman at Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire. Jamie is survived by his parents, William and Ellen (Feinstein) Mayer, his sister, Alexa, and his grandparents, Harris S. and Faith L. Feinstein, all of whom he loved deeply, and was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, the late William H. Mayer and Barbara Jean Cunningham. Tina was vice president of the RI chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association of America. She sponsored the Medical Health Care Law involving emergency care.
