Hill, Karyn Jill, 51, died at home with her loving family by her side on Thursday, October 2, 2025. Born in New Haven, CT, she was the beloved daughter of Dr. Jerrold and Gloria (Newman) Lehrman, she had lived in East Greenwich for eighteen years, previously living in Lincoln, RI. Karyn attended Cheshire High School in Cheshire, CT, graduating in 1992, she continued to Ithaca College in New York where in 1996, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication.

Karyn was a devoted mother to Joshua, Jeffrey and Ashley, all of East Greenwich. Dear sister of Amy Blache of Fredrick, MD, Deborah Waterman of Glen Mills, PA and Jodi Gilbert of Washington D.C.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 5, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. in SHALOM MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1100 New London Ave., Cranston. Shiva will be observed at her late residence 10 McPartland Way, East Greenwich, RI 02818, Sunday, Oct. 5, 4–7 p.m., minyan service at 6:30p.m., Monday, Oct. 6, 7– 9 p.m. and Tuesday, Oct. 7, 7-9 p.m.
