Marvin Dronzek
Dronzek, Marvin, 82, of 140 Spencer Woods Dr., died Sunday, February 23, 2014, at Miriam Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Marcia (Wintner) Dronzek for 49 years. Born in Cleveland, OH, a son of the late Joseph and Esther (Lansky) Dronzek, he had lived in East Greenwich for 35 years. Marvin spent his career as a tax attorney. He was also a Navy veteran. Marvin was a member of Temple Sinai. Devoted father of Ellen Orkin and her husband Jonathan of Canton, MA and Jeff Dronzek and his wife Jennifer of East Greenwich. Dear brother of Donald Dronzek of CA and Eileen Turoff of OH. Loving grandfather of Emily, Abigail, Amanda and Danielle. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in TEMPLE SINAI, 30 Hagan Ave., Cranston. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Temple Sinai or Miriam Hospital Oncology Unit. Marvin was a true Mensch. I had the pleasure of growing up with Marvin in Cleveland, Ohio and attending school through high school with him.
He was a caring, sincere and intelligent fellow and one whose wisdom was always highly regarded as was his friendship and loyalty.
