My sincere condolences to her family. She was so proud and fond of each of you. People usually say, “May her memory be a blessing”. Certainly it will be to everyone she shared time with.

We played bridge together and each of us admired, respected and enjoyed the time we spent with Maxine; even when she won.

Today great sorrow enters my heart to learn of the passing of Mrs. Morse.

She was my friend and my oldest brother Bobby’s
second mother as he would call her: “Mother Morse”.

For numerous years Mrs. Morse cared deeply, loved tenderly and listened profoundly. She always made time for me and for
Bobby extending her genuine care, empathetic concern and big beautiful smile.

Bobby loved her deeply as, likewise, he loved her husband, as he would say: “Father Morse”.

Through the years, as I have missed Mr. Morse, I will now, also, miss Mrs. Morse and will particularly miss leaving her a red rose upon her doorstep for her birthday.

From my childhood when Mrs. Morse would serve me delicious “marshmallow” cookies to the present – the years pass quickly, but those we love and the bond of friendship remain.

I have lost a dear friend on earth, but through God’s goodness, I have gained a beautiful angel in heaven.

I will remain in holy prayer through Mrs. Morse’s Wednesday Zoom service and on August 23rd, I shall leave a “white” rose for her birthday – now at her new residence.

Shalom Mrs. Morse – Godspeed and thank you from my oldest brother Bobby and me.

Deepest condolences to your entire family.
