Fannie Levin

DATELINE: Cranston

Levin, Fannie, 82, of Western Hills Lane, died Friday, July 26, 2013, at Rhode Island Hospital. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Louis and Clara (Goodman) Spader, she had lived in Cranston for 53 years.  Fannie was a member of ORT, Cranston Senior Guild, Majestic Guild and Temple Am David and a founding member of Temple Sinai and its choir. She loved world travel, including cruises. Devoted mother of Steven J. Levin and his wife Roberta of North Providence, Gary B. Levin of Cranston and Debra B. Deletetsky of Cranston.Dear sister of Shirley Katzman of Portsmouth. Loving grandmother of Jason, Adam, Jonathan, Michael and Taylor. A graveside funeral service will be held Tuesday, July 30, at 10:00 a.m. in Lincoln Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Parkinson Disease Foundation, American Diabetes Association or Temple Am David. Arrangements by SHALOM MEMORIAL CHAPEL, Cranston.
