Deepest condolences Sue. I will miss Fred’s dry wit and the fact he always asked for my opinion on neighborhood matters. He guided us with dignity and strength through many issues, CC will not be the same without him. I will think of him often, especially in the spring when the tree in my yard he liked so much blooms. Please know you are in our prayers.

Susan we hope you are well. We are sorry for the loss of your best friend and husband Fred. He was a great friend and father figure for me. Fred had a great wit and was very smart about many things. I will miss him greatly. I am glad we had the chance to hug him and have a pizza like old times. Let me know if I can be of any assistance.
Love Rick and Kim. Swoose forever!

Dear Susan. You are a lovely woman and was very blessed to be married so many years to Fred. How blessed you are to have Jay for a partner who loves you dearly. Fred would have approved. Jay moved you into his home two days before the funeral.I am glad that you had his support and still do on a deeper level.

Sue, your name just came to my mind and
I decided to Google you and Fred. I’m so sorry
To learn of Fred’s passing. I’ve thought of you two often
Over the years. I guess as you age you spend more
Time thinking about the past and how we all got
    To be so old.
    Hope you are doing ok.

I just learned of Fred’s passing and that he was a very close friend of my dad’s on the FDR in the Navy. My father’s name was Dan Pfaff and I have a photo of Fred from back then if anyone would like to contact me. I’m on Facebook as Amy Pfaff Rose. My deepest condolences to the whole family. I understand he was an amazing man and was a good friend to my father.
