I still cannot wrap my head around Amy’s passing, although reading above does make it more real. Amy was always happy, ready for fun, an awesome host, and a true friend. I enjoyed talking to her, but moreso, I adored listening to her speak. I loved the sound of her voice, and I would tell her often. She will definitely be the life of the party in Heaven. Rest in Peace, my friend.

  2. Dear Debbie and Stephanie,

Although we have never met, your Mom and I grew up together in Woonsocket, RI. and our families were very close even after your grandparents moved to Providence. My parents (Marilyn and Ben Eisenberg) had moved us to Providence as well.

I am so sorry for your loss. May her memory be blessed.

Debbie and Stephanie: I am so sorry to hear about Amy. I just found out so please accept my sincere condolences long after the fact. I was a lifelong, dear friend of your grandmother Claire and grandfather Buddy. We had our babies at the same time, and raised our young children together in Woonsocket, though I later moved to Massachusetts. I mourned the loss of your Aunt Debbie who tragically left us at such a young age; and was thrilled to hear of her namesake Debbie’s success with Goldieblox and had hoped to meet you as my son Stephen lives in Moraga, where I am (visiting) now. However it appears you are both in LA and I wish you both all the love and happiness that life has to offer. I know that Claire, Buddy and of course Amy would be so proud of you both and I miss her dearly. Take care, all my love, Norma Baram Gordon
