Joe was one of my longest (64 years) and closest friends. Even through many months of illness, we still made an effort to visit and talk, at least on the phone, as often as possible. He was a good friend and will be missed. I am saddened that I will be unable to get back to RI for the funeral. Shelly, Jamie and Seth, you are all in our thoughts and prayers.

I’ve known Joey a long time and golfed along side of him in the Touro golf league. He was competive, enjoyed the game and was always good company. I know he was saddened when he no longer could play. He will be missed.

    Shelly,
My condolences on Joe’s passing. Only having met through Redwood Lodge nearly 35 years ago, I always enjoyed his wit and friendship. He’d bend over backwards to aid someone. He had suffered much over the past several years and that takes a toll on the entire family. He is now at rest and it your and your family’s time to heal.

I am so sad to hear of Joey’s passing. He was such a nice young man. Even though there was a gap in contact, I always admired him and his family. I remember the huge family gatherings when we were young. I really miss not seeing. My heartfelt condolences to his family and friends. Love Evelyn and Al
