Jamie D. Mayer

Mayer, Jamie D., 19, of 56 Remington Farm Dr., died Saturday, April 20, 2013 at UMass Memorial Medical Center. A 2012 honors graduate of Coventry High School, Jamie studied as a freshman at Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire. Jamie is survived by his parents, William and Ellen (Feinstein) Mayer, his sister, Alexa, and his grandparents, Harris S. and Faith L. Feinstein, all of whom he loved deeply, and was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, the late William H. Mayer and Barbara Jean Cunningham. His numerous aunts, uncles and cousins loved and were loved by Jamie. Jamie was exuberant and passionate in life, no more so than when strumming his guitar, hanging out with friends, sharing quality time with his family, especially when cheering on his beloved New York Giants with his father. In his all too brief life, Jamie made better the lives of all with whom he came into contact. Funeral services will be held Wed. at 11:00 a.m. in TEMPLE AM DAVID, 40 Gardiner St., Warwick.
