My heart is heavy today; my thoughts are with all of you. Carl, who will always be Dad to me, was just the most gentle, sweet and loving soul — memories of all I shared with the Lefkowitz family will always be the happiest in my life. Kayla — my sweet daughter — you were the apple of his eye, as he was yours. Jess – you were always so proud of him and I know loved him fiercely, as he did you. Mom – there are no words as your relationship with your husband was a story-book romance that will live on. I love you all and hold you all in my heart today and always. Donna
