    Dear Carol, Betsy & Family,
My sincere and deepest sympathy for the loss of your Husband, Dad and Best Friend. My heart aches for his passing but I will never forget all the great times we shared together for the past 40 years. I felt like family when I was in the company of the Miller family. From when I remodeled the endless tasks at the summer home on Ruffstone Road to the “Little Professor Book Stores to Mom’s home on Lloyd Avenue, East Side to countless other projects. I was Charlie Miller’s personal carpenter and woodworker, he was always at the top of my list. The bond between Charles, Carol and Betsy was a very special one especially when making decisions about whatever I built for them. Carol’s funny wit and humor seemed to always compromise any difference of opinion.
Charlie Miller was a meticulous, fussy and “attention to detail” guy so we got along all the time. We worked together as a team and I must say, I learned so much from him. He had a way about him, he was a kind and caring man and was always fair with me. Charles was a man of his word and that’s what I loved about him the most…..Sincerely, Al DeCellio
