DATELINE: EAST PROVIDENCE Dubinsky, Bella (Kroll), 96, of Tockwotton on the Waterfront, 500 Waterfront Drive, East Providence, died Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at home.  She was the wife of the late Milton M. Dubinsky. Born and resided most of her life in Providence, daughter of the late George and Rose (Rothman) Kroll, sister of the late Sanford Kroll (Elaine).  She is survived by, and will most dearly be remembered by her loving family and her many friends.  Devoted mother of Esta S. DATELINE: West Orange, NJ Perlow, Frances, 100, died Friday, September 30, 2016 at Daughter of Israel Nursing Home.  She was the beloved wife of the late Peter Perlow. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late John and Sarah (Nachimovitz) Sweet, she had lived in West Orange, NJ for 9 years, previously living in Providence.
